Its been so many months "Distance Education Council " New Delhi website " www.dec.ac.in " ,has gone missing .
In a way , this is a missing complaint to IGNOU . DEC i believe was an initiative of IGNOU .
This website of "Distance Education Council " New Delhi has gone missing from so many months thus causing great discomfort for Students who want to do or are already doing distance courses in India .
"Distance Education Council " New Delhi had brought entire Universities in India down to their knees by having its own rules and regulation and preventing Universities from conducting degree courses.
"Distance Education Council " New Delhi was an unnecessary initiative which has tied all Universities from being innovative and thus limiting Universities from reaching students across India and globe.
This site had information of recognized courses and Universities in India by DEC/UGC/AICTE. I hope it is scraped and Universities are given free say.
In this age where HRD ministry talks about bringing in foriegn Universities to India , in our Country we see Universities in our Country have Jurisdiction issues within which only they can offer degree programs , before calling foriegn Universities to India we need to allow Indian Universities to setup Campus everywhere in India without any issues.
Let India and Indians prosper by Education....
