The Selectors have done a good job by resting Senior players and by giving chance to younger inexperienced players to make an impact at International stage.
But the most baffling thing is Omission of Irfan Pathan , though i am not a big fan of his , but his skills still merits to get a look-in into any International side because of his allround abilities .
I believe he shud have been in T20 World Cup Squad ahead of Jadeja atleast . The way Selectors r ignoring him seems that it has to be due to indiscipline and not performance , though his diminishing bowling skills cud be one of the factor for his non-inclusion in the Team.
Robin Uthappa seems to be injured hence was not selected , otherwise he was one guy who had a chance of selection , but he has not shown consistency in his performances so far , his style of batting is more suited for T20 .
Manish Pandey shud have been given a chance in place of Jadeja , who seems to be off-color @T20 and certainly not a match winner . Sreesanth shud also have been given a chance though his attitude on field remains a question mark.
