Team India once again disappointed their fans in an all important Super8 game against West-Indies.
Having 7 specialists batsmen in their squad it was very hard to digest Dhoni opted to field first after winning the toss , M.S.Dhoni seems to have made a big blunder.Fielding first was a negative approach going into this all important game.
Secondly , Jadeja was awfully off-color in the field as well as while batting though he came very late.
At one point i thought India cud still manage to win this game when Yusuf Pathan and Dhoni were batting , i thought the game was on and India were in hot pursuit of the target set by Windies.
Once Yusuf was out everything fizzled out and Team-India lost the all important game and r virtually out of the tournament.
Dhoni said after the match the ground was small and easier to hit sixes , but how many sixes did Team India hit ??? not many !!!!!!!
Credit shud be given to Chris Gayle the way he blasted those Sixes out of the ground . It was a shame that he was robbed of a well deserved hundred.
I think once the batsman has crossed the crease/line , no matter whether the bat / batsmen is in the air he shud be declared not-out.
ICC needs to revisit this shoddy rule were batsman is given out even if he has crossed the line/crease with bat or batsmen himself in air .
Also the batsmen shud not be given out run-out/stumped if his foot or bat is on the line with the batting crease .
